a). Mileage – 45p per mile up to 150 miles and 25p per mile thereafter (in any round trip).
b). Standard class rail travel.
c). Accommodation may be requested where training is at more than two hours distance, when training is being held on consecutive days, or where training begins before 8.00am or finishes after 9.00pm.
d). Hotels up to £80.00 per trainer per night
e). Subsistence (receipts provided on request): per trainer
Breakfast: maximum of £6.00
Lunch: maximum of £10.00
Dinner: maximum of £20.00
f) Incidentals e.g. taxi fares, car parking, refreshments etc
