About the Team

Alice Holland 

Alice has personal experience of mental distress and of using mental health services, and uses her experiences to inform her work within mental health services and the service user movement.

She has worked within Rape Crisis; NHS psychiatric services; a hostel for homeless women and children; Women’s Aid; hostels and supported housing; and mental health advocacy. Alice has experience of developing and providing training in the different settings she has worked within; and is experienced in facilitating groupwork.

She also has extensive working knowledge of services and of social policy developments.
